About the owner of this business

I have always loved working on the tools repairing or making things, ever since I was a small boy (seems a long time ago). I used to help my father with all kinds of DIY which is I guess where it started.

With more than 20 years DIY experience I have the practical skills required to do a good job, and I really care about achieving a high standard. Good plumbing and drainage is essential to our health and must be done correctly. Plumbing systems have evolved in recent years and some have become very complex, hence I attended technical college in order to gain the City & Guilds Plumbing & Mechanical Engineering technical certificate.

I am to this day continuing my learning in order to keep up to date.

My promise to customers

Obviously I am running my business as a professional to earn a living and I will charge a fair and reasonable rate for whatever work is necessary and always tell you in advance what needs to be done.

However there are people claiming to be professional plumbers who will try and use despicable tactics to obtain money from you by:

• Banging a spanner around your pipe work, making noises about how expensive this will be when a simple fix will sort the problem.

• Telling you that you need completely new taps when all you need is new rubber washers. (On occasions some taps are beyond repair)

• Telling you that you need a new radiator when all you need is a new valve... ETC, ETC, ETC!

You can trust me, I could not sleep at night if I did any of the above, and I will only ever carry out work to your home to a standard that I would expect in my own home. I genuinely want to help my customers, which is where I get job satisfaction from.
